By provision of above and other similar activities EART foundation aims to play a role of a catalyst for the upliftment of the communities that we work with. We also intend to build capacity among entrepreneurs especially owners of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) by providing them training / relevant support to manage accounting, finance and marketing functions of their entities to ensure sustainable growth of their entities.
EART Development Foundation is committed to make a difference in the lives of individuals it works with by empowering them through intervention such as: awareness, training and research. We also engage in partnerships with socially responsible organisation and work with them for win - win solutions.
As a catalyst, we are looking forward for engagement with prominent development agencies, donor organizations, academic institutions, confederations and associations across the globe who are ready to join hands with EART Development Foundation to ensure sustainable development across the board while maximizing impact of their own initiatives.

Following the words of Dr Nelson Mandela in word and spirit Mahima Paliwal through EART foundation working relentlessly to empower minds - young and old to reach their full potential by providing them opportunities such as awareness, innovative research and training, so they can cement strong foundations to build their dreams on.
Mahima Paliwal’s core strength has always been ‘perspective’ (VIA character) - which allows her to see the “bigger picture and look at systems as a whole and from different viewpoints”. And in today’s dynamic world, no one can or should function separately. The key to holistic development as a nation and as mankind, is to assure all gears of the society are functioning at optimal levels. Mahima Paliwal at EART foundation plans to do just that
Mahima Paliwal has BBA in marketing and has worked in different roles including corporate communication, social media, funding and marketing and currently pursuing a Masters in Psychology to better understand and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds in achieving sustainable developments goals, the EART foundation stands for.
Yogita Shah completed her graduation in Bachelor of Commerce. Yogita Shah is commited to working in the areas of Financial Literacy, Education and Women empowerment. Yogita Shah believes that women are the very foundation of every nation’s growth and development aspirations. It was this belief that fuelled her passion for women’s rights and inspired her to become a full fledged part of the social sector. Yogita Shah is keen to help under privileged students by giving them education.
